Information we process
We process account and profile details, authentication identifiers, service requests, messages, execution evidence, payment and invoice records, API and MCP activity, device and security logs, and support correspondence. Google sign-in provides the account identifier, email address, name, and profile information that you approve on the Google consent screen. We do not receive your Google password.
Why we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, match and deliver services, enforce scopes and budgets, verify work, process payments, issue required financial records, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, provide support, and meet legal obligations. Where consent is the legal basis, it can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Sharing and processors
Information is shared only when needed with the parties to a service, infrastructure and security providers, payment providers selected by the platform, professional advisers, or authorities when legally required. Processors must act under appropriate data-protection and confidentiality terms. We do not sell personal data.
Retention and security
Records are kept only as long as necessary for the stated purpose, contractual commitments, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and accounting or other legal retention duties. AI Human 2.0 uses scoped access, encryption in transit, protected secrets, audit trails, and operational monitoring. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to processing. International use and updates
When information is processed outside its country of origin, we use safeguards required by applicable law. We may update this policy as the platform or legal requirements change. Material changes will be announced through the service or by another appropriate channel.
